Pricing

We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and to end any promotions at any time. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item at any time. All prices are stated in pounds sterling. Prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges.

Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, it is the case that, on occasion, pricing errors may occur. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the site was incorrect for any reason we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. You may then either cancel your order or confirm your order at the correct price. Prices online may differ from those in our stores.

We endeavour to indicate if an item is unavailable for any reason. In the event that you order an item, which we subsequently discover is unavailable, we will contact you and let you know when we anticipate that the item will become available. You can then decide whether to continue with your order, cancel your order (in which case we will refund any monies paid by you), or place an order for an alternative item.

Delivery

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.

You will be notified of this when you place your order. All items are subject to availability. When we deliver your items to you, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. Deliveries throughout mainland Britain will be charged at a standard rate of £35, except in areas of Cornwall and the Highlands of Scotland which are subject to quotation.

Right to cancel, returns and refunds

If, for any reason you are unhappy with the item(s) you have ordered you have the right to cancel.(Except where the item is non standard). In the event that you cancel an order before the items have been despatched to you, we will give you a full refund of any monies paid within ten days of receipt of notification from you that you wish to cancel your order.

In the event that you cancel an order within seven days of the items having been despatched to you, we will refund the value of the items to you within ten days of the item returning to us, in an unused re-saleable condition. Please refer to our section on returns. This addresses questions that you might have about the returning of items. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We endeavour to deliver all orders within 21-28 days. However, on occasion delivery may take up to 35 days.

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive a confirmation by email of your order together with your personal details. Please check this very carefully.

We will contact you by telephone to arrange delivery of your furniture. You will be given an estimated time allocation for the delivery of your furniture.

You may be required to sign for your furniture when it is delivered.

If for any reason you have a query regarding the delivery of your order, please call our Customer Services Helpline on 01636 636 628.

Please remember to include your Customer Number (if known), your full name and postcode when corresponding by email.

The cost of delivery is £35 throughout mainland UK with the exception of some areas of Cornwall and the highlands of Scotland. Please call for a quotation for delivery to these areas.

RETURNS

You have a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee on all standard items purchased. You must inform us of your intention to return the iem to us within seven days of delivery in order to be eligible for the 7 day money back guarantee.( non standard items are not subject to a 7 day money back guarantee)

For any refund processed, a cheque will be sent to you in the post within 10 days of the furniture being returned/collected in re-salable undamaged condition.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
