Beds Sizes

Our beds come in four standard sizes: 3' & 4'6" x 6'3" and 5' & 6' x 6'6". However, beds can be made to any size, height and length, to
order, along with corresponding mattresses.
Actual bed dimensions are shown on each page. Please ask for actual sizes for 5' and 6'.

Dog Beds Sizes

Dog beds come in three standard sizes. Small beds are suitable for toy dogs and most terriers, medium is perfect for Spaniel sized dogs, whilst the large bed comfortably sleeps Labrador sized dogs. The corner is perfect for small and medium dogs . Small beds measure 25"L x 18"D x 12"H. The medium measures 30"L x 20"D x 12"H. The large measures 40"L x 24"D x 12"H. (excluding finials) Each size and model is available as a bunk bed which is approximately 26" high. Corner beds are 29" wide x 22"D x 12"H.

Surrounds

If you wish to keep your existing divan bed, then a divan surround is the answer.
Remember to let us know if your base has drawers when you order so the side rails can be fitted at an appropriate height for clearance.

Colour and Construction

Every joint on every piece of Handcrafted furniture is welded for an extremley solid finish. We avoid the use of tubular steel wherever we can. The only exception to this is on large section posts or where solid bar wood be far too heavy.
All our beds come as standard in a semi-matt black finish. You can choose a different colour for any item (please see the colour charts). Our bases are traditional pine slatted. You will find our beds easy to asemble or our driver will do this for you. Once assembled all our beds are completely solid. Don't worry, they won't creek or rock.

Low End Beds   Each style of bed is available as a low end bed. This comprises of a headboard, base and low foot end.

Low Post End Beds   Comprising a headboard, base and low foot end with low posts and finials. These seat approximately at the top of the mattress.

Four Poster Beds   All our wrought iron beds are available as four posters with the exception of the Kingston and the Campaign Bed. As standard we make these 7'7" high, but please advise us if you require a special height.

Bases   All our beds come with a pine wood slatted base as standardwith the exception of the Sleigh Bed which has a deep base. As an alternative, our new box base gives a firm but springy surface for the perfect night's sleep.

Headboards   All bed styles are available as headboards only, which come with fixing bars that slot directly on to your divan bed for a instant transformation.
